When does a part need replacing?
Not sure whether you need toner, a drum or a repair? These are the signs we are asked about most.
- Lines or streaks on copies – Often a drum or fuser problem rather than low toner.
- Faded or patchy pages – Usually toner running out, or a worn drum unit.
- Repeated paper jams – Worn feed and pickup rollers are a common cause.
- A part warning on screen – Send us a photo of the message and we will tell you which part it means.
